What We Do

Afritech Design is a Residential and Light Commercial Building Design Group.

We do the following design work:

  • One to two single family homes, single story to 3 stories with basement
  • Light Commercial building like restaurants, retail shops, service shops like saloons or barber shops, service stations
  • Commercial Interior Design.

My Story

My names are Bob Ochieng and I am a duly Certified Professional Building Designer (CPBD) by National Council of Building Designers Certification and a professional member of the American Institute of Building Design, AIBD.

I am also a member of AISD and a Certified Commercial Interior Design, NCIDQ.

GOALS

To work with property or homeowners to help them achieve their dreams of new home designs and renovations.

To assist architects, engineers and general contractor to accomplish projects in architecture, engineering and construction.

To protect the public and environment by applying good design principles, following the construction code, sustainable designs, observing accessibility and universal design.
